TANGARA Legal

Acceptable Use Policy

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. It applies to Tangara's website, REST API and MCP server, including tasks submitted by connected apps and AI assistants.

1. Prohibited content and conduct

Do not use Tangara for:

2. Faces, voices and uploaded material

You must have the rights and permissions needed for each input and its intended use. Do not clone or impersonate another person's voice or likeness without permission. Obtain any required parental or guardian permission for lawful, non-sexual material involving a child, and never use it to exploit or endanger them.

You are responsible for how you publish or distribute results. Check claims, permissions and potential harm before using realistic synthetic media. We may ask for evidence of your rights when investigating a complaint.

3. Disclosure and watermarks

Clearly identify generated or manipulated material when required by law or applicable model terms. Do not remove or bypass provenance, safety features or watermarks supplied with a result. Chatterbox speech generation includes model-level watermarking; Tangara does not promise that every video, image or music file contains an equivalent watermark.

4. Model-specific rules

LTX-2.5 video generation and its outputs are additionally subject to Section 4 and Attachment A of the LTX-2.x Community License, incorporated here in full by reference, including its Acceptable Use Policy. You agree to comply with those restrictions. They include disclosure of machine-generated content, restrictions on harmful and high-stakes uses and model training, and licensing conditions for competing services. Read the linked terms before using LTX outputs in such an application.

Tangara's terms do not waive restrictions imposed by model licensors. The service documentation identifies the models available in the product.

5. Enforcement

Tangara does not currently screen every prompt, upload or output automatically before generation. Authorised administrators may review relevant inputs, outputs and account records when operating the Service or investigating support, billing, security and abuse issues.

We may reject requests, restrict access, remove content or suspend accounts to address a violation or legal requirement. Where appropriate and lawful, we explain our decision. We report unlawful material to competent authorities when required and may preserve relevant evidence. These actions do not remove mandatory consumer or privacy rights.

6. Reports and review

Email [email protected] with the task ID or relevant link, the concern, your contact details and any information showing your authority to make a rights complaint. Do not send illegal imagery as an email attachment. For imminent danger, contact local emergency services.

If you disagree with a restriction on your account, contact the same address and request a review. We do not guarantee a fixed response time that the Service cannot meet. Material updates to this policy are communicated as described in the Terms.
